Getting in touch

If you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message, to reply to you. The form is sent to our business email through an email delivery service that acts on our behalf, and may be processed in the United States. We keep a record of enquiries, chats and our dealings with you. If you would like your own record deleted, contact us at info@digitalfilingsystems.co.uk and we will do it.

If you email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, contact details, your company and your question. We use them to reply to you and to tell you plainly whether we can help yet. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We do not sell your details, we do not pass them on, and we do not keep a mailing list. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.

Website statistics

We count visits to this site, for statistics only, using our own counting tool. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. For each page view it records the page, the site you came from, any campaign label in the link you used, your country (approximate) and whether the visitor looks like a person or a robot. To count unique visitors it uses an identifier. We do not share this data with anyone except our hosting provider, which stores it on our behalf. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. If you click 'Don't count my visits' in the footer, we remember your choice in this browser with one small local-storage flag called na_ignore; our counter stores nothing else in your browser. You can object at any time using the link in the footer, or contact us at info@digitalfilingsystems.co.uk. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our site.

Cookies and fonts

This site sets no cookies. Fonts are served from this site itself, so your browser does not contact Google or any other font provider when it loads our pages.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it, by emailing info@digitalfilingsystems.co.uk. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
